With the weather warming up I thought I would share my simple Mango Sorbet recipe. Most of the time involved is in freezing the mango in the freezer. But once frozen this can be made and served in a matter of 5 minutes. All you need is a food processor. No ice-cream churn is required.

Mango Sorbet
A quick and easy dessert free from nasty ingredients! Refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free.
Equipment
- food processor
Ingredients
- 4 mangoes cut and frozen
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup lemon or lime juice
Instructions
- Cut up and freeze mango, or use 4 cups of chopped pre-prepared frozen mango.
- Put the frozen mango in the food processor and blend until of sorbet texture.
- Add lemon or lime juice and maple syrup and blend until combined.
- Serve or freeze to use at a later date.
This is a gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar-free, dessert or snack to be served at any time guilt-free!
