The holiday season is drawing to a close with summer days still shining bright but full weeks of work starting to become a normal routine again.
Are you heading back into the office? Or are you still working from home?
Either way these little snacks balls are a great way to curb the hunger pangs until mealtime rolls around. (LOL see what I did there? Balls…rolling… OK OK I may not have a calling for comedy!)
Generally, I am not a snacking fan. When you try to balance hormones and burn fat for fuel instead of riding the sugar roller coaster it is best to stick to meals that are 4-5 hours apart. but sometimes a snack is required, and choosing wisely for that snack is important. This protein bliss ball is easy to make, has a carbohydrate, fat, and protein for a balanced snack. It can be stored in the fridge or freezer and best of all tastes YUMMY!!
