Apricot Protein Bliss Balls
A balanced bliss ball of carbohydrate, healthy fats, and protein for a snack on the run.

- 1½ cups almond meal
- ½ cup collagen powder I use gelato peptipro collagen hydrolysate. Unflavoured.
- 24 dried apricots
- ⅓ cup coconut oil melt to measure
- 1 tsp pure vanilla essence
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or any nut you prefer
- 2 drops pure grade edible lavender oil OPTIONAL - I use doterra
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until sticky and rollable.
Roll into small balls, then store in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.
