Apricot Protein Bliss Balls

A balanced bliss ball of carbohydrate, healthy fats, and protein for a snack on the run.

Ingredients

  • cups almond meal
  • ½ cup collagen powder I use gelato peptipro collagen hydrolysate. Unflavoured.
  • 24 dried apricots
  • cup coconut oil melt to measure
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla essence
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or any nut you prefer
  • 2 drops pure grade edible lavender oil OPTIONAL - I use doterra

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until sticky and rollable.
  • Roll into small balls, then store in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.
