Ingredients
1kgbeef mince
2tsppaprika
2tsphungarian paprika (sweet paprika)
1tspquality salt (grey or pink)
1tsp garlic powder
1tsponion powder
¼tspcayenne pepper(use more or less depending on how much heat you want) I used ¼ tsp and it was mild in my opinion.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, until herbs and spices are spread through the meat. Try not to over mix. Roll the mixture into balls approximately the size of a golf ball.
Heat a large frypan on medium-high heat. I used a cast iron griddle pan so I didn't use any oil. But you may need a little oil to prevent the burgers from sticking.
Place the beef balls onto the hot pan and flatten with the back of a spatula to your desired thickness.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your burgers, then flip and cook the other side for a further 2 to 5 minutes. If you are not sure if they are cooked, cut open a burger to check they are cooked through.
