Chicken Parmigiana Meatloaf

A super easy recipe that you can make to meet all your parma cravings!

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken mince or turkey mince
  • 1 egg lightly whisked
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf tin.
  • In a large bowl combine chicken mince, egg, almond meal, mixed herbs, garlic and parmesan cheese.
  • Cook for 60 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Cook for a further 10 minutes in order to brown the cheese on top.
