When you provide these needs and remove the toxins to the cells the body is wise enough to work at its best.
The Wellness Paradigm recognizes that sickness is not the opposite of health but rather sickness is the absence of health. Similar to the fact that darkness is the absence of light – not its opposite. The only way to brighten a room is to add light, not reduce the darkness. Likewise, the only way to get well is to increase health, not fixate on reducing sickness.
